Mobile Market Stat: 50% of 10 year olds now have mobiles
Latest figures from the European Commission indicate that half of 10 year old children in the EU now have their own mobile phone.This research follows recommendations by the European Commission to mobile operators and member countries to implement controls over access to adult material. These controls enable parent and employees to block access to adult material accessed on the web by mobile devices (handsets and datacards).
