We are looking for a System Administrator to join our IT Team at Enea head office based in Kista, Sweden. The IT Team is responsible for the IT environment of the Enea group worldwide.

As a System Administrator you will focus on our Microsoft clients, AD and Helpdesk errands. You will also participate in different IT projects. You will be part of an IT team that consists of three senior IT administrators, and you will report to VP IT, all located at the head office in Kista. You will belong to the Swedish IT team but work with both local and global tasks.
As a person you are a skilled problem solver with great patience who places great value in being structured, accurate and systematic. You are analytical and not afraid to come up with new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
We also believe that you are used to working in a service-oriented manner and are good at communicating with different types of people. You enjoy having several different contact points and can easily familiarize yourself with various issues and needs.

Preferred Experience
Over 5 years of experience in tier 1 mobile carrier and CS core network with areas of system integration, consulting, technical support, troubleshooting and operation with expertise in CS core with roles of Network/Services Engineer and Integration Engineer. Deep understanding of SS7/SIGTRAN signalling system, hands-on experience working with Telecom protocols including ISUP/BICC, SIP, SCCP, MAP, INAP, CAMEL, MTP/M3UA, SCTP, MEGACO/GCP, RANAP and BSSAP.
Experienced in Configuration, Operation & Maintenance of Ericsson CS Core Network an advantage.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be part of the Support Engineer team reporting to our Customer Support Head, helping to drive innovation and Planning.
The Support team is responsible for 24/7 customer support, delivery and initiate technical communications within the Technical Support Team to share best practices and provide the best solutions to the Customers.
As a Support Engineer, your role is to participate in customer support projects and collaboration with different teams to provide the customer solutions of Enea Adaptive Mobile Security.
You will be expected to apply technical knowledge and skills to solve complex problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative.
The Ideal candidate should be a quick learner, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and curious to learn new technologies, and can combine technical hands-on Customer Support work with the soft skills needed to engage with our customers and other stakeholders. They must be technically adept as per the skills outlined below and having business analysis; communication and customer presentation skills will be considered a plus. A candidate with onsite customer software implementation experience is highly sought after.
Ideally, the candidate should hold a computer science, engineering, or other related degree.
An ideal candidate must have a good attitude, a desire to learn and gain experience and a willingness to travel is essential. Must be fluent in English.
