Role Overview

Reporting to the Enea CMO, and a member of the Enea Marketing and Communications Leadership Team, with indirect reporting to the AdaptiveMobile Security Business Unit head, this role is overall responsible for strategic and product marketing and marketing communications for the AdaptiveMobile Security Business Unit. As we expand into new product and business lines you will collaborate closely with our Product and Sales team to deliver exceptional value propositions to our new and existing customers alike.

Core role responsibilities:

  • Responsible for long- and short-term marketing performance of portfolio area – ensuring brand awareness, relevance and preference in specified markets and categories, and contributing to filling and progressing the sales funnel.
  • Define and execute market and customer-oriented campaigns that address the entire buyer journey from needs identification through preference, purchase and usage/advocacy.
  • Ensure we communicate to the market with clear and compelling value propositions, based on customer insights and drawing on relevant commercial, company, product and technical values and differentiators.
  • Ensure we apply relevant insights from analysis of market patterns and trends, to inform marketing and management decisions.
  • Team and functional leadership and development, and operational and performance management.
  • Budgetary planning, management and reporting.

By collaborating with other teams, the role contributes to:

  • Account development and cross selling, by working closely with Sales on account and regional priorities and with other business units on account-based marketing and partner marketing.
  • Market development, by working closely with product management and partners where relevant to prime the market ahead of new product introductions.
  • The strengthening of Enea brand including transferring brand equity from AdaptiveMobile to Enea, and harmonization of channels and messaging.
  • Marketing efficiency and target group impact, via editorial, advertising, event, and content collaborations with other business units.
  • Marketing maturity, via leading and contributing to group priorities and initiatives, and representing Enea marketing in relevant external foras and communities.

Preferred experience and knowledge:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications.
  • Experience leading and coaching others and participating in management teams is an advantage.
  • International experience or demonstrated ability to adapt to various markets and cultures.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and mobile telecommunications sector, or demonstrated interest and ability to acquire industry, product and technology knowledge.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in a range of marketing disciplines.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be part of the Professional Services team reporting to our Technical Program Manager, helping to drive innovation and Planning.

The Professional Services team is responsible for the delivery and implementation of AdaptiveMobile’s customer solutions.

As an Implementation Engineer, your role is to participate in and lead customer delivery projects.

Solution delivery involves all aspects of technical implementation, including – design, installation & configuration, network integration, acceptance testing, go-live, and training.

You will be expected to apply technical knowledge and general skills to solve complex design and implementation problems.

The Ideal candidate Should be a quick learner, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and curious to learn new technologies, and can combine technical hands-on implementation work with the soft skills needed to engage with and delight our customers and other stakeholders. Ideally, the candidate should hold a computer science, engineering, or other related degree.

Projects typically include:

  • Infrastructure:- The physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure required to run the filter
  • Traffic:- The acquisition of the traffic to be filtered
  • Filtering:- Definition and configuration of filtering logic and rules
  • Reporting:-Streaming traffic and filter results data for analysis and reporting

Core role responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the purpose and requirements of the solution are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders and determine how these are going to be achieved
  • Resolve complex functional and integration design issues by working with the customer and with other teams internally
  • Perform the role of technical lead for complex projects including solutions using new products
  • Define project strategy and planning
  • Installation and configuration of software product application and OS
  • Integration and testing of product applications
  • Prepare and execute customer facing ATP and drive the resolution of issues arising
  • Launch customer solution in production
  • Train customers on the product and solution
  • Problem Solving and troubleshooting

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be part of the Threat Intelligence team reporting to our Head of Threat Intelligence as part of our Dublin based team.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in security and be looking for a challenging role at the forefront of the telecoms industry. You must possess a great attention to detail, be passionate about working to the highest level of accuracy and be comfortable communicating with clients at both a technical and commercial level. You will work with an experienced regional lead analyst to deliver world-class services.

Core role responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain security solutions on AdaptiveMobile client platforms
  • Keep up to date with the telecoms threat landscape
  • Analyse data collected from customer deployments to identify and investigate threats
  • Provide security reviews for AdaptiveMobile clients; independently field client questions and manage client expectations.
  • Work on your own initiative, with minimal supervision, but with the support of a team lead and global team of analysts.

Preferred experience and knowledge: 

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • BSc degree in computer science or telecoms-related field
  • A strong interest in telecoms and security technology
  • Knowledge of working in a Unix/Linux environment
  • Basic familiarity with SQL/Database concepts
  • Ability to communicate concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with messaging systems and architectures.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP and DNS
  • Understanding of GSM network fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of shell scripting or a scripting language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Perl)

  • Highly communicative and use influence to find win/win situations
  • Spot problems proactively and work to define solutions
  • Able to resolve project issues that require negotiation and persuasion with the customer or internally
  • Knowledge of scripting e.g. shell, python
  • Ability to drive resolution of technical problems in cases where there is limited information available
  • Interact with the customer as the primary technical contact and in some cases project manager for a project
  • Demonstrate a clear knowledge of what is required for success and take ownership for the project
  • Ideally the candidate should hold a computer science, engineering or other related degree
  • Regular travel to customer sites throughout the US will be required
